We do not collect payment card details, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or microphone data.

Your authentication token is stored securely on your device using encrypted secure storage (flutter_secure_storage). Other preferences are stored locally using shared preferences. Your account data (name, phone, email, points) is stored on our secure backend servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

Restaurant Operator: The restaurant whose app you are using can access your account information for the purpose of managing your loyalty account and sending offers.
Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics) who are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

5. In-App WebView

The App includes a built-in browser (WebView) that may load restaurant web pages or external links. Pages loaded in the WebView are subject to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

6. Push Notifications

The App may send you push notifications about promotions, loyalty points, and news. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's system settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us (see Section 10). We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
